RAWANG town could have faced a worse traffic congestion during the Chinese New Year and Awal Muharam holiday balik kampung rush had it not been for the earlier-than-scheduled opening of the Rawang Bypass.
The 1.7km new road, which opened on Jan 27, enables north-bound and south-bound motorists using the old trunk road to skip Rawang town.
