ONLY RM150 is needed as deposit when low and medium income earners in Perak buy affordable houses built by the Syarikat Perumahan Negara Bhd (SPNB).
SPNB managing director Datuk Mohd Amin Salleh said the company would be building 4,348 units of such houses in the state and construction work would start this year at seven locations.
