IT is with a sense of déjà vu that I read the news item “Mother voices out fears over students’ safety” (Star Metro, Dec 15).
A concerned mother complained: “There are two zebra crossing lanes there and a push button traffic light for pedestrians, but vehicles there just won’t stop.” She was referring to Jalan SS1/11 near SK Kampung Tunku, Petaling Jaya.
