Land owners clear thick undergrowth

THE owners of two parcels of abandoned land on Jalan Mahsuri in Penang have cleared their plots after receiving notices from the Penang Developlopment Corporation to do so.

The request to clear the plots was made by Pantai Jerejak assemblyman Wong Mun Hoe who feared that the land would be turned into potential breeding grounds for Aedes mosquitoes.
