JITRA: The demand for sacrificial cattle for Hari Raya Haji this year has dropped by 50% in the northern districts in Kedah, according to cattle farm operators.
The project manager of the Farmers Organisation’s cattle farm in the C-2 Kerpan area, Mohd Jalani Ishak said more than 300 head of cattle were sold at the farm for Hari Raya Haji last year.
