THE government is hoping that Small-and Medium-size Enterprises (SMEs) contribute 20% to the national Gross Domestic Product (GDP) by 2010.
Deputy Information Minister Datuk Donald Lim Siang Chai said, presently, the contribution by Small and Medium Industries (SMIs) was 6% while that of the SMEs was 10%.
