YULETIDE may be weeks away but the red and green coloured banners as well as decorations lent a festive air to the International Women's Association (IWA)'s Christmas charity bazaar.
Visitors to the annual charity event started streaming in to the ballroom on the third floor of the Paradise Sandy Bay Hotel in Penang since 10am for the event which was held recently.
