MOTORISTS who are fined for illegal parking in Shah Alam will be able to pay on the spot if they return in time to collect their vehicles.
Vehicles that have been clamped by Shah Alam City Council (MBSA) enforcement officers will be released to their owners when the fine is paid. The RM70 fine will be issued on the spot and there will be no negotiation for a reduction.
