KANGAR: Three men refugees and two women, including a local university student, were arrested with 10,600 Ecstasy pills worth more than RM200,000 at two hotels here.
The men had United Nations High Commissioner For Refu-gees (UNHCR) identification cards. One of the women is a foreigner while the university student is from Penang.
