In conjunction with the Kuala Lumpur International Gourmet Festival until Dec 8, Hotel Equatorial Kuala Lumpur's Chalet Swiss restaurant will be serving creations by executive chef Vincent Tan and his team. The items include Salmon with Lush Creamy Cauliflower puree and Royal Iranian Caviar, Golden Butter Nut Squash with Whipped Cream, Smoked Beef Bacon and more delights. Business Hrs for both outlets: Mon-Sat, lunch (11.30am-2.30pm); dinner (6pm-10.30pm), Sunday & Public Holidays (5pm-10.30pm). Most of the dishes are spicy. The main menu features, among others, Chicken Fajitas, Beef Backribs and Nachos Muchos. Also known for its El Presidente Magarita, its French cuisine and the highly recommended mushroom soups.
