PADANG BESAR: Twenty-one barrels of petrol have been seized at the Ma-laysian-Thai border before they could be smuggled across to Thailand.
State UPP commander Deputy Supt Rooslan Radzi said 19 barrels were found abandoned in a Thai registered multi-purpose vehicle in Kampung Wang Kelian during a surprise check on Thursday.
