BUTTERWORTH: The Seberang Prai Municipal Council (MPSP) has proposed a deficit budget of RM33.32mil for 2006.
MPSP president Datuk Md Aris Ariffin said in his Budget 2006 speech that the coun-cil's proposed expenditure for 2006 was RM177.16mil while expected revenue was RM143.84mil.
