Payphone firm with branches in Pakistan sends aid to quake victims


Concerned about the welfare of its 1,500 employees working in Pakistan, payphone company Dancom Group immediately arranged for relief efforts when news of the Oct 8 earthquake broke. 

Managing director Datuk Liu Thim Soon said lorries carrying essential goods such as blankets, food and water, first aid and clothing were despatched to affected areas.
