SUNGAI PETANI: More than 20 business outlets here are believed to be selling illegal four-digit lottery, according to the Sungai Petani Umno Youth religious bureau.
Bureau chief Wan Hizam Abdullah said these outlets included sundry shops, VCD outlets and restaurants.
