LEARN from Finland the importance of research and development work, Penang Chief Minister Tan Sri Dr Koh Tsu Koon said.
Dr Koh said although Finland had a population of only 5.3 million, the country spent about 5.3bil euros (RM24.6bil) a year or 3.5% of its gross domestic product on research and development.
