New sign to clear up confusion at traffic lights

A NEW sign was recently installed at a traffic light junction on Jalan Taming Sari in Taiping to help prevent misunderstandings between motorists and traffic policemen. 

Taiping Municipal Councillor Lim Kar Seng who inspected the traffic lights said many motorists had complained that they were booked by traffic policemen for taking a right turn from Jalan Taming Sari into Jalan Pasar even though the traffic light was green.
