PENANG: A sub-contractor firm was granted leave by a High Court here to ini- tiate committal proceedings against two main contractor company directors, their lawyer, a bank and Lembaga Tabung Haji (LTH) for breaching an interim injunction.
Justice Abdul Rahim Uda allowed the plaintiff, Khasal Jaya Sdn Bhd, represented by Jason Ong and John Khoo, two weeks to file the application.
