THE Penang Heritage Trust (PHT) will submit recommendations to the Penang Municipal Council for the full restoration of the Moon Gate.
PHT council member Loh-Lim Lin Lee said this was following the council's green light in a recent meeting to accept PHT's recommendations for its restoration.
