ARM10mil riverine park in Klang South, which was created as part of the Klang River Cleaning and Beautification programme by the Federal Government, has not been attracting as many visitors as town planners thought it would.
Instead of families and joggers, it is feared that the park, named Taman Pengkalan Batu, is beginning to draw vandals and drug addicts.
