THE Perak Government has appealed to the Education Ministry to cut bureaucratic red tape and approve plans submitted by SJK (C) Tit Bin to rebuild a block of classrooms.
State Education, Human Resources and Multimedia Committee chairman Datuk Dr Zambry Abd Kadir said the ministry should not allow procedures to hold back plans of the school to reconstruct the building.
