USED to parking along the main road without being fined, apartment residents in Pusat Bandar Puchong received a shock when they found fines from the Subang Jaya Municipal Council (MPSJ) stuck to their vehicles’ windscreens last week.
Altogether, 586 fines were issued by the council’s enforcement team which acted after receiving numerous complaints about haphazard parking from residents and councillors.
