The Peking duck dish promotion Cheng Ho Court, which is ongoing until next month will be served in four ways – traditional Chinese, Thai, Western and Japanese. The crispy golden skin of the bird is first carved, sliced and then wrapped in thin pancakes with spring onion and pickled carrot. It is then served with special sauces. The meat is then served in three other styles. The Thai style will have the meat sliced and rolled in Mo Mo pancakes and served with Thai Mango Sauce. For Western style, the meat is served salad-styled in a crispy Top Hat. In the Japanese style, the meat is rolled in glutinous rice with Japanese seaweed served with wasabi.
