THE SELANGOR State government wants the private sector, non-governmental organisations and residents associations to play a role in taking care of the hibiscus currently being planted throughout the state.
State executive councillor for multimedia, environment and development of new villages Datuk Ch'ng Toh Eng said the state government needed the help and co-operation of everyone to care for the plants.
