RUBBER held a place of ceremonial and social importance in the ancient Aztec and Mayan civilisations and is known to have existed as early as 70A.D.
The rich history of rubber was traced at the Rubber Technology exhibition held at Taman Warisan Pertanian in Putrajaya on Aug 30. The four-day exhibition was among several events organised at the agricultural park in Precinct 16 in conjunction with National Day.
