I REFER to the story with the headline, Landmark ‘not meaningless’, (Star, Aug 26) and note that the Penang Municipal Coun-cil has once again erected something “meaningless” and wasted the taxpayers’ money.
I believe no one would have visualised the steel structure to be a Pinang fruit, rather one might have thought that it was a ‘broken wheel’.
