A LOCAL boy from Jeneri in Sik, Kedah, who has become a successful businessman has donated RM30,000 to enable folk in three villages in Sik to have adequate water supply.
Che Ad Abu Hassan, who is Sik District Development Corporation chairman, said he felt compelled to help the villagers who had been plagued by water shortage for the past five years. Che Ad was born in Jeneri and left the district when he was 18.
