MANY food outlet operators in Seberang Prai have failed to meet the cleanliness standards set by the authorities due to their tidak apa (lackadaisical) attitude.
Seberang Prai Municipal councillor Cecilia Wong said many were not bothered about hygienic practices when preparing food because their regular customers hardly complained about the lack of cleanliness at their premises.
