PENANG: Two car owners, who parked their vehicles at the entrance of the Immi- gration Department at Beach Street, were given a rude warning when the words ‘No Parking’ were sprayed on their cars.
The George Town business district was packed yesterday because of the Buddhist Tzu Chi Merit Society charity sale at Beach Street.
