THE Selangor Government is working on guidelines on dog rearing for local authorities to use when issuing dog licences to owners in a move to streamline regulations throughout the state.
Sepang Municipal Council (MPSp) president Mohd Arif Abdul Rahman said the state government had been holding discussions with various parties including dog owners and non-governmental organisations before preparing the draft to ensure that the regulations would be fair to all.
