MOST agricultural products in the state were cultivated by illegal vegetable farmers, said Datuk Chang Kon You (BN – Chenderiang).
He told the Perak state assembly that the farmers were contributing a lot to the state’s revenue but they had been not given a licence to cultivate “in peace”.
