TRAINING is a daily affair for the SJK (T) Sungai Manggis boys’ hockey team. Rain or shine, a group of 40 boys from Year Four to Year Six gathers at the small field for one-hour training sessions under coaches S. Mohan, S. Saraswathy and G. Muniandy.
Mohan is not a teacher but a member of the school parent-teacher association while Saraswathy and Muniandy are teachers of the school.
