Toll operators have final say in number of lanes

On behalf of Rangkaian Segar Sdn Bhd (RSSB), the operator of Touch 'n Go and SmartTAG, we would like to address Steven Chan's concern in his letter More Smart Tag lanes needed (StarMetro, July 25) about insufficient SmartTAG lanes along the LDP and Kesas Highways. 

We would like to thank Chan for bringing up the issue and will communicate this matter to Litrak Sdn Bhd, the operator of the LDP, and Kesas Sdn Bhd, the operator of the Kesas Highway.
