About 1,000 residents in four housing estates in Kulim, Kedah, will see an end to the constant flash floods in their area soon.
Kulim Municipal Council president Mansur Ismail said the disused water retention pond in Taman Angsana would be cleaned up to collect rain water via underground culverts from the four residential areas.
