University Malaya Medical Centre (UMMC) could do with a bigger halfway house to better accommodate those who are from outstation to be close to their loved ones seeking treatment at the hospital.
Presently, the halfway house, which is located behind the mosque, comprises only two rooms – one for males and the other for females. Each room accommodates four persons.
