THE Seberang Prai Municipal Council has been criticised for its lackadaisical attitude in providing proper sports and recreational facilities in the municipality.
Penang Youth and Sports, Women, Family and Community Development Committee chairman Datuk Jahara Hamid said the council should do more to promote a healthy lifestyle among people in the municipality.
