I HAVE BEEN a resident of Taman Segar for more than 20 years and I would consider it to be relatively crime free until about two years ago when crime became more rampant especially with house breaking and car theft on the rise.
On a recent Saturday, my next-door neighbour’s house got broken into in the evening (at around 7pm) but he was fortunate not to lose any valuable goods as he returned home just in time.
