T HE epic story of a girl who disguised herself as a soldier for her fa-ther’s sake will be re-enacted in SM St Michael’s play, Mulan, in Ipoh next month.
Teacher Corrinne Mah, who is directing the play, said Fa Mulan’s famous tale of filial piety and civic duty would resonate with young audiences about the importance of res-pecting their elders.
