KULIM in southern Kedah, will be turn- ed into a myriad of vibrancy and activity next year when it hosts three Sukma 2006 events.
Kulim Municipal Council (MPKK) president Mansur Ismail said the council would set aside RM200,000 to spruce up and upgrade facilities at Taman Tasik Putera to provide a venue for recreation for the more than 1,000 Sukma athletes and officials.
