PENANG: Penang will put up telecommunication towers at 31 locations throughout on the island and Seberang Prai for statewide mobile phone coverage by next year.
State executive councillor Datuk Dr Teng Hock Nan said yesterday that the plan was in line with the Government’s desire for coverage in “every inch of the land” in the country.
