The dead and survivors of last year’s Dec 26 tsunami were the focus of the annual Adipuram spiritual procession by more than 2,000 Hindus in Taiping yesterday.
The event, organised by the Om Sakthi Spiritual and Charitable Association of Ma-laysia, saw red-clothed devotees carrying claypots filled with milk and rice porridge taking part in a 5km proces-sion from the Sri Sithi Vina-yagar Temple in Jalan Stesyen to the Sri Muthukarumariam-man Temple in Jalan Air Kuning.
