THE Sepang Municipal Council (MPSp) is offering residents who have carried out building renovations without approval a chance to make it right before Aug 31 by only paying a quarter of the penalty.
Council president Mohd Arif Abdul Rahman said the council was concerned that quite a number of property owners had not applied before renovating their homes or offices.
