The day starts as early as 5am for housewife Noor Aini Hassan. After preparing breakfast for her family and sending her son, Muhamad Hamizi Habri, 14, to school, the 40-year-old begins her exercises at the Bukit Gasing Park in Section 5 at 7.30am.
For one hour, Noor Aini, who looks 15 years younger, treads through the park's jungle treks, sweating it out to keep fit.
