KUALA LUMPUR mayor Datuk Ruslin Hasan dived into action at the launch of Kuala Lumpur Scuba Diving Carnival held at the Kuala Lumpur Swimming Complex in Bandar Tun Razak on Sunday.
The 54-year-old mayor, who took up scuba diving a year ago did not mind getting himself wet when he changed into his wet suit for a practice dive with other divers.
