53 outlets more for RealRewards

ELECTRONIC Commerce Technology Sdn Bhd, the operator of RealRewards consumer loyalty programme, has signed up Healthy World Lifestyle Sdn Bhd as a merchant partner. 

Healthy World Lifestyle, which owns the Ogawa retail chain store for health and wellness products, has 52 outlets nationwide and plans to expand to 100 by December. 

Since Ogawa started in 1996, it has spread across Singapore, Australia, Indonesia and China, achieving sales of RM80mil a year. 

“With Ogawa on board, we hope that our 2.6 million members will enjoy more benefits,” said Electronic Commerce Technology executive director Zulkifli Othman, who added that members could accumulate RealRewards points from more than 2,000 outlets nationwide.

He signed a memorandum of understanding with Healthy World Lifestyle executive director Louis Chong at a ceremony held at Lot 10 in Jalan Bukit Bintang, Kuala Lumpur, last Friday. 

Chong said as a merchant partner in the RealRewards programme, Ogawa would hold a month-long joint promotion at all its 52 outlets, until July 17. 

“Normally, members will get one point for every RM2 spent.  

“During the promotion, members will get three times the regular points for all their purchases,” added Chong. 

Healthy World Lifestyle also launched its new product, The Ogawa Fujiiryoki SKS 1800 Cyber-Relax, and appointed popular singer Sheila Majid as Ogawa brand ambassador for Malaysia, Singapore and Indonesia.
