The Second Link Bridge and the Light Monorail Transit (LMT) top Penang’s list of proposals in the state’s bid for allocations under the Ninth Malaysia Plan.
Penang Yang di-Pertua Negri Tun Abdul Rahman Abbas said the state had also submitted a proposal to upgrade the federal road in Seberang Prai between the Perak and Kedah borders.
