CONSTRUCTION of the proposed RM200mil Penang Hill-Teluk Bahang cable car project is expected to take off by end of the year, Yang di-Pertua Negri Tun Abdul Rahman Abbas said.
He said the state was now drawing up the development plans for the project, which would be modelled after Queensland’s skyrail cableway.
