Robber fires shot in RM100,000 robbery at credit firm

A gunman fired a shot to the ground when a woman clerk of a credit company was slow to open a safe during a RM100,000 robbery in Jalan Datuk Keramat.

George Town OCPD Senior Asst Comm (II) Mohd Ali Mohd Yusuf said the gunman, in his late 20s, fired the shot to scare the 39-year-old clerk into opening the safe quickly.
