PETALING JAYA: Allocations in Budget 2021 would enable the Science, Innovation and Technology Ministry (Mosti) to create local and immediate access to fight Covid-19.
Its Minister Khairy Jamaluddin said that more than RM3bil has been allocated to the Ministry for this purpose, which would also enable it to develop its own pool of vaccine experts.
