KUALA LUMPUR (Bernama): Mitrajaya Holdings Bhd’s unit, Pembinaan Mitrajaya Sdn Bhd, has secured a RM137mil contract for the development of a 37-storey condominium at Mont’ Kiara.
The group said the contract from Milik Harta Sdn Bhd, a member of UEM Group, is for 30 months from the date for possession of site on Dec 30.
"The contract is expected to contribute positively to the earnings and net assets of the group for the financial years ending Dec 31, 2020 to June 30, 2022,” it said in a filing with Bursa Malaysia today.
