Departure levy funds can be use to promote Visit Malaysia Year 2020, says Minister

KUALA LUMPUR: Revenues from the departure levy can be used to promote local tourism products by the private sector for Visit Malaysia Year 2020 (VMY2020), says Tourism, Arts and Culture Minister Datuk Mohammadin Ketapi.

He said the Ministry had come up with various initiatives to support local players especially to promote unique tourism activities in each state.
